For years people have enjoyed the healing and rejuvenating properties of oils. With new home remedies and medical science we now understand that oils can provide numerous healing opportunities and help us to feel better throughout the day. Here is my list of uses for some of the many oils out there.
If you suffer from frequent headaches or migraines and haven’t been using peppermint oil, you need to right away! I suffer from frequent migraines and it can be immensely painful. To combat this I put a few drops of peppermint oil on my neck, or somewhere throughout the room and the aroma helps to mend my aching head.

It’s unique blend of jojoba and castor oil helps sooth the skin as well as your eyes.
If you’ve ever smelt an essential oil, you know how potent and fantastic they smell, while my own favorite is peppermint, you can use any of them in your washing machine. Simply put 10-20 drops of your favorite smelling oil into the washing machine and your clothes will have a fresh smell the next day.
Lavender oil is my favorite to reduce stress. I have a low price humidifier which I recently purchased on Amazon, and put a few drops of lavender oil into it to sooth my stress and anxiety away. I always feel relaxed and ready to tackle whatever life throws at me with this scent pervading through my home.
